Mission

Our mission is to help youth strengthen their six domains, build healthy relationships and be more in control of their lives.

Vision

Our vision is to become an international coordinating body of men and women dedicated to helping youth transition from government care to independence.

Goals

Our Goal is to build a strong foundation of former youth in care turned world changers and create a history of success to set the tone for the future generation of world changers to come.

Values

We value: encouragement, empowerment, and inspiration.

The WCS is a former youth in care based mentorship initiative, based within the Region of Peel.

We are dedicated to helping youth transition from government care to independence.

By strengthening six domains (which we have identified as physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, and professional), we build a working and healing relationship between a mentor and a mentee.

This gives youth at least one consistent and caring adult in their life.

We believe that with the right mentor, youth can benefit greatly in their journey towards the completion of their goals.
